Adult Rat Cardiomyocyte Isolation Steps

 

 

 

 

Perfusion Flow Rate:

 

  • 150 g - 600 g: 8 - 10 ml / min
     

The optimal tubing length should hold 12 ~ 13ml solution. Please adjust it before using our cell isolation system.

After perfusion, cut and digest the tissue as follows:
         
 
   
 
 

1. Perfusion

    

2. After perfusion, cut the tissue off from perfusion apparatus

         
 
   
 

3. Cut the tissue

    

4. Cut the tissue into small pieces
         
 
   
 
 

5. Put the tissue pieces into 50 ml tube

    

6. Add 5 - 6 ml enzyme solution in the tube and shaking horizontally on a shaker .
