The optimal tubing length should hold 12 ~ 13ml solution. Please adjust it before using our cell isolation system. |

|
After perfusion, cut and digest the tissue as follows: |
||||
|
|
|
|||
|
1. Perfusion |
2. After perfusion, cut the tissue off from perfusion apparatus |
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
3. Cut the tissue |
4. Cut the tissue into small pieces |
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
5. Put the tissue pieces into 50 ml tube |
6. Add 5 - 6 ml enzyme solution in the tube and shaking horizontally on a shaker . |
